If you’re coming from the McCarran International Airport, you can take any of these transportation services to take you to the Golden Nugget:

  1. Bus (US$6): Take the Wax bus line from the airport and get off at the Carson bus stop along 4th Street. You can walk to the Golden Nugget from there. Walk along 4th Street and take a turn at Fremont Street. You can walk directly to the casino resort from there.
  2. Taxi (US$45): If you don’t want to take the bus, you can always take a taxi that will take you directly to the casino resort.
  3. Shuttle (US$72): There is a shuttle service that will take you straight to the Golden Nugget from the airport.

Golden Nugget Hotel Rooms 

There are over 2,400 hotel rooms in the Golden Nugget. It has four different hotel towers each with their own benefits and themes. 

  1. Carson Tower - This has the most affordable rooms. It is also the hotel’s oldest building. 
  2. Gold Tower - The rooms here are more expensive but have more amenities like voice-activated bedside speakers, coffee makers, and flat-screen TVs.  
  3. Rush Tower - This has cozy rooms and high-quality amenities such as Gilchrist & Soames toiletries, deep soaking tubs, and rainfall showerheads.    
  4. Spa Tower - This has massive two-story suites and is reserved for high-profile guests. These rooms have huge living rooms, a spiral staircase, and large master bedrooms to give guests a full taste of the Vegas high life. 

 

Golden Nugget Spa 

This Salon and Spa has many beautifying services including facials, hairstyling, and nail treatments. It has a lounge area designed to help you relax using plush armchairs and a clear glass ceiling.

 

You can also order fresh fruit drinks, hot drinks, and lemon water. It is open from 6 AM to 8 PM. Treatments start at 7 AM. 

 

Business Center 

Golden Nugget has 37,000 square-feet of free space that can hold up to 1,300 people. It also has an 11,000 square-foot Grand Ballroom. This can be divided into smaller rooms for small groups.

You can contact any event staff to help you with meeting details such as catering, lighting, and more. The hotel can also arrange outdoor events on Fremont Street which can hold up to 8,000 attendees. 

 

Parking 

Golden Nugget has free parking and valet services. The standard parking garage is on the south side of the hotel on 1st Street and Bridger. On the other hand, Valet parking is available in two locations. The first is at the Gold Tower entrance of the hotel on the north side. The second one is in Rush Tower.

 

The Tank 

The Tank is a pool complex with a three-story waterslide. This is Golden Nugget’s most popular attraction because it has a 200,000-gallon shark aquarium. The slide winds around the tank and shoots through it.

You can safely go through the aquarium using a transparent tube and pass by the fearsome sharks the Tank is known for. You can also visit the pool deck, which has hundreds of cushioned lounge chairs and a few blackjack tables.  

 

Neon Museum 

Neon Museum is famous for preserving many of Vegas’ iconic landmarks and neon signs. It has over 200 neon signs. The museum has restored a few of the signs because they tell the unique story of Vegas from the 1930s all the way to the present day.
